TennisLadders.net is a great place to hook up with players of like ability. My schedule is crazy, and often I do not know until late in the work day whether I will be able to play that night. I have been able to schedule matches on 30 minutes notice which is great. TennisLadders.net is a great place to meet and compete against other tennis players in your area. What I like the most about TennisLadders is the flexibility it allows. When you challenge someone, you are free to set the time and the place that is convenient for both players. The ladders tend to have players with a wide range of skill level, so you never feel bored or over-matched. The point system is easy and convenient. It's fun to climb to the top of the ladder, especially when you have a couple of friends to rub it in.
